Our hotel name in Spanish is Villa Paraiso we really are now:

We are 40 minutes from LaPaz airport "LAP" and easy to get here from cabo airport  "SJD" via a bus.  

we are waiting for you to relax and have some fun

Our rooms start from $100.00 a night and we have a 3 bedroom suite at $490.00 a night.  plus taxes.  

This truly is kite boarding and windsurfing paradise...

We are a beachfront hotel, motel, restaurant, bar  in LaVentana BCS Mexico.   we have 24 hour staff maid service every day.   

We have kite, windsurfing, and SUP rentals and lessons, we have a quality yet reasonably priced restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  We are walking distance to 5  other places to eat.  We are located in the prime area, if your kite goes down you are in the end of the bay already.   

driving directions to Kite Paradise/Villa Paraiso

Just 35 minutes SE from La Paz Airport is Villa Paraiso/ Kite Paradise, take Hwy 286, about 20 miles from laPaz. Take a left turn at the bottom of the mountain, the first left turn on a paved road, you will see our sign Villa Paraiso in a tall pole on the right.. (if you hit a pemex you went a few miles to far)   Follow the signs to La Ventana / El Sargento  and look for our outside sign about 9km on the right.  When you are past the first set of buildings on the left you will have none between you and the water, keep going that is a campground, at the end of the campground you will see a pacifico sign at a small bar on the right (do not blink)   keep going, go up a hill and you will see a waverunner on a pole to the right  keep going another 400 yards on the right is our Villa Paraiso sign.    Take a right at the sign, we  are on the right about 100 meters., beach side.  if you hit the Pemex gas station in LaVentana you went to far by  1/4 mile.

From San Jose del Cabo Airport take Hwy 1 to north about 1.5 hours of driving, go to  San Antonio, you will see a small Pemex gas station on the left and go about 1/4 mile furthur,  look for the signs to Los Planes / La Ventana there is only one main paved road on the right turn right there....  it will do a slight jog in SanAntonio just stay on the paved road.   Then after about 10 miles, turn left when this road dead ends.   Continue  past the Pemex station and take a right on the first paved road a few miles you will see our sign up on a tall pole on the left, turn right there..   And after about 3 miles there is a Villa Paraiso sign on the right that indicate turn to the right on that paved road.   When you are past the first set of buildings on the left you will have none between you and the water, keep going that is a campground, at the end of the campground you will see a pacifico sign at a small bar on the right (do not blink)   keep going, go up a hill and you will see a waverunner on a pole to the right  keep going another 400 yards on the right is our Villa Paraiso sign.    Take a right at the sign, we  are on the right about 100 meters., beach side.  if you hit the Pemex gas station in LaVentana you went to far by  1/4 mile.

by bus from cabo

we can arrange your transportation from either airport.   Just ask...    There are inexpensive  buses right from Cabo airport,   taxis, private vans, and even a message board for riders.
